250 grams coconut milk or nut milk of your choice
2-3 tablespoons chia seeds
1-2 teaspoon organic coconut sugar
Add all ingredients together and blend for approx 30 seconds
Pour into jar and leave in fridge for 8 hours.
Serve with fresh fruit….. And homemade granola that’s next
