The removal of a large brain tumour and insertion of a VP Shunt in 2012 meant I was left with some pretty nasty, ongoing side effects; my balance effected and a weakness down the right side of my body, needing extensive rehabilitation. An excercise program was limited, as I am unable to do anything that increases pressure on my head. A friend recommended Dina and Pulse Pilates. Dina has worked with me, made the adjustments needed and helped me, patiently, to get stronger. I am now doing things I thought were not possible 12 months ago. I credit Dina for this. She has the technique, skill, training and wealth of experience in Pilates. She is a true master of her craft.

I have seen Dina for private pilates lessons for over 5 years now and she was the first person I turned to when I needed rehabilitation after chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant.  Dina intuitively knows how to challenge my body to improve strength and flexibility, while still considering my recovery from hospitalisation.  Dina is professional, compassionate, and an unrelenting perfectionist who pushes me to be my best.  I will be forever grateful for how she has helped me get back on my feet.
