Pulse Pilates & Fitness was established in 1995 by professional dancer, presenter and international aerobics champion Dina Matty (née Garrod).

Dina was trained in the authentic, original “True Pilates” style in New York, under Romana Kryzanwoska (who in turn was trained by Joseph Pilates), Sari Pace and Cynthia Lochard (a soloist in the New York City Ballet).

Pulse Pilates & Fitness is now a renowned training centre and whilst it continues to evolve, to remain at the very forefront of the industry, its Pilates ethos stays “True”.

Pulse Pilates & Fitness offers its clients expert training, elite small group classes and tailored programs, suitable for the general pubic through to professional athletes as well as being a great too for physical rehabilitation. Dina has also studied anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics and is a sought after physical rehabilitation specialist for those recovering from major surgery, motor neurone issues, chemotherapy, physical trauma etc.
